All services are performed using industry-standard materials and techniques. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, usage, and maintenance.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are recommended and may be required for certain services.

Arrival times must be respected. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or reduced service availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service due to vehicle condition, weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices vary based on vehicle type, service selected, materials used, and labor required.

Quotes provided are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

Deposits may be required for certain services such as ceramic coatings or vehicle wraps and are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Quality Tints reserves the right to modify cancellation policies for special or custom services.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, or mechanical issues prior to service.

Quality Tints is not responsible for issues caused by prior damage, poor paint condition, rust, failing clear coat, or previous installations.

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Window Tinting Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal window tint laws.

Quality Tints is not responsible for citations, fines, or inspection failures related to tint darkness or placement.

Minor hazing, water pockets, or small imperfections may appear initially and typically resolve during the curing process.

7. Ceramic Coating & PPF Disclaimer

Ceramic coatings and paint protection film do not make a vehicle scratch-proof or damage-proof.

Proper maintenance is required to achieve maximum longevity and performance.

Environmental factors, improper washing, or neglect may reduce lifespan and effectiveness.

8. Vehicle Wrap Disclaimer

Wrap longevity depends on care, environment, and driving conditions.

Removal of wraps may expose existing paint imperfections or damage.

Quality Tints is not responsible for paint failure due to poor factory paint, resprays, or prior damage.

9. Warranties

Any warranties provided apply only to materials and workmanship as specified at the time of service.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property
